

Scheduling Errors
You will find a list of any scheduling errors here. If errors exist, it is most likely due to OptimoRoute not recognizing the address. In some cases, you may need to delete the address in the customer's service order, and manually retype it in. You can also use Google Maps to find the latitude and longitude of an address, and enter it into the service order as well. If you continue to have an issue, email Poopnetsupport@doodycalls.com
